The buyer sends the picture to be printed to the us (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay platform or email: [email protected])

We makes a picture for the buyer to preview. (Buyers can also order directly and send pictures to us, and we will make pictures and reply to buyers as soon as possible)

We will arrange printing and delivery as soon as possible (normally, we will arrange delivery in one to two days)

The maximum printing size of the cup is: width 20cm, height 8.5cm. It can be printed within this range. The buyer sends the picture to us, and we will process the picture.

The picture is in the position of the cup, the buyer can tell us (eg: the picture is placed in the middle or left or right of the cup)
